  • Airport pick-up and drop-off services

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.


4. Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Participants must follow all instructions given by Summer Trips staff, drivers, and guides.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful, without refund.


5. Travel Documents & Legal Compliance

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passport and identification

  • Valid visa or travel authorization (if applicable)

  • Any required health or entry documentation

Summer Trips USA LLC is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or losses caused by improper documentation.


6. Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs prior to booking.

  • Some services involve physical activity and extended travel time.

  • By booking, you confirm you are medically fit to participate.

  • We recommend consulting a medical professional before participation.


7. Changes to Itineraries & Services

We reserve the right to modify:

  • Routes

  • Schedules

  • Pick-up or drop-off locations

  • Vehicles

  • Itineraries

  • Activities

Changes may occur due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to refunds.


8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the service booked and timing of cancellation.

  • Some services are non-refundable, including last-minute transportation and promotional bookings.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–30 business days.

9. Transportation Services Overview

Transportation services include:

  • Airport pick-ups and drop-offs

Transportation times provided are estimates only.


10. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Rules

  • Customers must arrive at the designated pick-up location on time.

  • Delays caused by the passenger (late arrival, missing phone contact, incorrect address) may result in:

    • Missed service

    • Additional waiting fees

    • No refund

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by flight changes, customs, baggage claim delays, or incorrect passenger information.


11. Luggage Policy

  • Luggage limits may apply depending on vehicle type.

  • Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance.

  • We are not responsible for damage to luggage unless caused by gross negligence.

  • Personal items left in vehicles are the responsibility of the passenger.


12. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Accidents

  • Government actions

  • Airline delays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Transportation services are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time.


13. Passenger Conduct

During transportation:

  • Seatbelts must be worn when available.

  • Smoking, drugs, alcohol misuse, or illegal activity is prohibited.

  • Abusive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.


14. Limitation of Liability (Transportation)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Summer Trips USA LLC is not liable for missed flights, events, or connections due to delays beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transportation service.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Passengers are strongly encouraged to allow buffer time when booking transportation services.


15. Third-Party Providers

Some transportation services may be operated by licensed third-party carriers. These providers operate independently, and Summer Trips USA LLC is not responsible for their acts or omissions.


16. Photography & Media Release

By participating in our services, you grant Summer Trips USA LLC permission to use photos or videos for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear, you must notify staff before service begins.


17. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials are the property of Summer Trips USA LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


18. Privacy
