Cancellation and refund policy

Summer Trips USA LLC

⚠️ Important

All bookings made with Summer Trips USA LLC are subject to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your reservation. By booking any service, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

 


1. All Sales Are Final

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, your reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Multi-day tour packages

  • Day tours and excursions

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off services

  • Group and shared transportation services

  • Add-on activities and experiences


2. No Cancellations Accepted (Standard Rule)

Unless otherwise stated under Section 5 (Payment Policies, Refunds, and Cancellations), we do not accept cancellation requests for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans or personal circumstances

  • Work or school schedule conflicts

  • Visa, immigration, or travel document issues

  • Personal illness or injury

  • Family emergencies

  • Flight delays, missed flights, or airline cancellations

  • Weather conditions at your departure location


3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point, pick-up location, or scheduled departure time without prior written communication, your booking will be considered a no-show.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued

  • No credit will be provided

  • The full amount paid will be forfeited


4. Modifications or Cancellations by Summer Trips USA LLC

In rare circumstances where Summer Trips USA LLC must cancel or significantly modify a service due to events beyond our control (including extreme weather, road closures, safety concerns, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • An alternative date, or

  • Credit toward a future service

Credits are not refunds and must be used within 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.


5. Payment Policies, Refunds, and Cancellations (Transportation Services)

5.1 Deposit Payments

If you pay only a deposit and:

  • Fail to show up

  • Cancel your booking

  • Or do not use the service for any reason

➡️ The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, and you may be ineligible for future services with Summer Trips USA LLC.


5.2 Full Payment & 48-Hour Cancellation Rule

If you pay the full amount and cancel:

  • At least 48 hours before the scheduled ride → you will receive a 60% refund of the amount paid

  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride → no refund will be issued


5.3 Failure to Communicate Travel Changes

If you paid a deposit and fail to communicate changes to your travel plans, resulting in a financial loss to us (including booking an alternative transfer less than 48 hours before the scheduled service):

➡️ Your original payment method may be charged for the full amount of the service.


5.4 Group Bookings

For group bookings:

  • If one or more participants cancel, the same conditions outlined above apply

  • No exceptions are made for individual cancellations within a group reservation


5.5 Shared Transportation Delays

Our airport shuttle and group transportation services are shared services.

We are not responsible for compensation related to delays caused by:

  • Flight changes or delays

  • Traffic conditions

  • Waiting for other passengers


5.6 Minimum Passenger Requirement (Airport Shuttle Pricing)

Airport shuttle prices are based on a minimum of 5 passengers per vehicle.

If fewer than 5 passengers are confirmed:

  • The total cost will be divided among confirmed passengers, resulting in a price increase

  • Passengers who do not confirm with us before booking are responsible for any price difference due to low occupancy

In such cases, we may also offer:

  • Alternative travel dates, or

  • Alternative transportation options to help meet your budget


5.7 Refund Processing & Payment Fees

If a refund is issued under Section 5.6, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • The full amount paid minus any online payment processing fees charged by the card provider or payment processor

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable


6. Date Changes

Date changes are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.
If you need to travel on a different date, a new booking must be made at the current rate.


7. Name Changes & Transfers

Bookings are non-transferable.
Name changes or transferring a booking to another person are not allowed under any circumstances.


8. Partial Participation

No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a service, including:

  • Missed pick-ups

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Missed activities or excursions

  • Unused services


9. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Due to the strict nature of this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel delays

  • Lost or delayed baggage

Summer Trips USA LLC is not responsible for insurance claims or reimbursements.


10. Acknowledgment

By completing a booking with Summer Trips USA LLC, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Cancellation Policy

  • Agree to the payment, refund, and cancellation terms

  • Accept that all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
