🛂 Social Security Card/Number Application Guide

WHEN TO APPLY:

• You must apply for your Social Security Card within 3 weeks of arriving in the USA.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE USA:

1. Complete your check-in on your sponsor’s website to get registered in SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System).
   
   • Important: Without SEVIS registration, you cannot apply for a Social Security Number (SSN).

HOW TO GET TO THE SSN ADMINISTRATION:

• We’ll make the process easier for you!
• We offer transportation to the Social Security Administration office in Salisbury, MD and Georgetown, DE
• Our team organizes weekly transportation for you to apply.

🚨 IMPORTANT WARNING:

• We organize transportation to the SSN office every Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Be sure to sign up for the transportation in advance to ensure you don’t miss your opportunity.
